The plan offers the flexibility of “record anywhere access anywhere” by combining digital voice recorders, traditional telephone based dictations and the power of internet. The voice files and the transcribed documents are delivered back to you safely through our HIPAA compliant secure website.      


In this plan you get a dedicated transcriber at our offshore center. The sole responsibility of this transcriber is completing your documents as soon as possible. The regular MT queue will work as a back up in case your transcriber must call off. This plan offers a guarantee that no other plan does. The only way to beat this plan in level of service is to hire a fulltime transcriber in your office.
