The Secure MT system makes outsourcing your medical transcriptions quick and easy through the use of our exclusive web application.  With one touch uploading, downloading, and printing, you can take care of all your medical transcriptions in just a few minutes a day!  Here's a look at how it works:


Once you log in, the Secure MT application user interface is divded into a section for your local drive and a section for the files on our secure servers.







The local drive controls allow you to browse the file system on your computer for voice files transferred from your digital voice recorder.  Select each of the voice files for the day and click "Upload."  The files will be transferred to our servers, transcribed by our experienced team of medical transcribers, and the transcribed documents will be ready for download the following morning.  It's that easy!

For those who prefer to dictate over the telephone, you will have a toll-free number and an access code to reach us at Secure MT.  Your dictations will be recorded, transcribed, and the transcribed documents will be ready for download the following morning.














The Secure MT software creatse a new directory for each date during which you provide dictations.  Each directory contains the voice files you uploaded (or the recordings of your telephone dictations), as well as the transcribed document that corresponds to each voice recording.  Each morning you can select the transcriptions from the previous day and download them all at once using the "Download" button.











The web application also includes a print function, which will print out hard copies of all of the previous days' transcriptions for your records.
